The Friends of Clara Barton Community Center.

The Friends of the Clara Barton Community Center, Inc. (FCBCC) is a non-profit, tax exempt corporation organized to facilitate the activities of the Clara Barton Community Center located at 7425 MacArthur Blvd., Cabin John, MD 20818.

As a citizen advisory board, the FCBCC assists the community center staff in designing and implementing the center's programs, promotes the community center's role as a meeting place for teens, adults and senior citizens in the local community, supplements the community center's budget through community-wide fundraising, and promotes community-wide awareness of and participation in the center's educational, recreational and social programs.

Just a few of the events the FCBCC holds in order to raise funds to accomplish the above are:

An annual Family Bingo Night each February, with wonderful prizes.

A Grateful Shred held after tax season, offerings you the opportunity to
shred sensitive documents and avoid fraud or identity theft.

Our annual Halloween Haunted House, loved by kids of all ages and...

The Center's Annual Craft Show, held every year during the first Sunday in December.
